Employer Sponsored Visa

The employer sponsored visas allow Australian businesses to sponsor skilled labour to serve their business needs.

You can remain for the length of your study course if you have a student visa. You have to be enrolled in a full-time course at an accredited school.

Skilled Visa

High-skilled people who wish to immigrate to Australia fall under this visa category. This type of visa is point tested. The following are the steps in a general skilled migration:

  • Lodge and get a positive skills assessment from the relevant body of your nominated occupation
  • Submit your Expression of interest (EOI) through skills select.
  • Subclasses for GSM Visas: 189, 190 and 491

Graduate Temporary work visa

International students who have finished two years of education in Australia are eligible for a working visa under the Temporary Graduate subclass 485 visa. Depending on your circumstances, it could last anywhere from 18 months to 4 years.
